Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our transparent refund and cancellation policy ensures you have clear understanding of your rights and our procedures.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds requested within 7 days of purchase
- Service not yet utilized or activated
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
Non-Refundable
- Services already used or consumed
- Custom development work completed

- Refunds requested after 7 days
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Service Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard

- Services continue until end of billing period
- No cancellation fees for monthly subscriptions
Data Retention
- Data available for 30 days after cancellation
- Export your data before cancellation
- Automatic data deletion after 30 days
- Backup data retained for 90 days
Annual subscriptions cancelled before the end of the term may be subject to prorated refunds based on unused service time. Contact our support team for assistance with annual subscription cancellations.
